We would like to take the opportunity to thank you for you interest in Big Sun Auto Auction. We have been serving you for 15 years. On this site you will find all the necessary forms to register your company. In addition to filling out the application, we will need the following listed below in our office before you can buy at the auction.

     

  1. A copy of your Bond, Dealer License, and Sales tax certificate.
  2. Copies of Driver Licenses of all authorized representatives that will be buying or selling for your company.
  3. Applications must be completely filled out and notarized.
    (Online forms must be signed on first visit to auction.)
  4. Please send or bring a copy of your company's check, and sign the information release letter if you wish to pay with company checks.
  5. We require that all mechanics and or drivers be registered with a copy of drivers license on file.
