copy of your Bond, Dealer License and Sales Tax Certificate.
- Copies
of Driver Licenses of all authorized representatives that
will be buying or selling for your company.
- Application
must be completely filled out and notarized. Please bring
originals with you when you come to register.
- Please
enclose a copy of your company check and sign the information
release letter if you wish to pay with company checks.
- We
now require that all mechanics and drivers must be registered
with copies of Drivers License on file.
